works if you need a case and pencil holder

works well for the ipad mini but the magnets are weak and when you try to use the multi fold cover as a stand on its side. it will come apart and fall over with almost no effort. the only reason it has 3 stars is the clover side slide for the pencil holder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not the best case for an iPad Pro. I had it in my passenger seat during a turn it fell off the seat onto a hard area and the screen cracked even with the amplify screen protector and this case.

The revised version is worse than the old one

I received a warranty replacement case, which is a different revision to my old one. The old one was fine, but this new revision (appereantly V2?) absolutely sucks. The screen sits at an uncomfortable angle, and in normal use the iPad tips over often due to the magnet failing.
Can't recommend this case.

Poor design and performance - needs a ‘do-over’

Liked the light weight….and the pencil storage and charging feature. However, the stand fails routinely. I loved the pencil holder and charging capability. HOWEVER, the pencil holder has fallen off and impossible to reattach it. I see that this seems to be a a complaint by many other users. There is obviously a design flaw that needs to be corrected. Is there a new version available that solves this issue?

Nice case but Apple Pencil holder often falls off.

I have had the new iPad and its Otterbox case for about a month. The case itself is well constructed, good looking and seems to protect the iPad well. The Apple Pencil holder tray is a great concept but is held on by small magnets which are not strong enough to prevent the pencil holder from frequently becoming unseated or falling off when bumped even lightly in the open position. This is a annoying although the pencil holder is easily placed back in position.

A sturdy case, well designed. Apple Pencil holder works perfectly. However, case falls over very easily making it frustrating in stand mode. I cannot recommend this case.
