Leg feature works poorly. Not any different from far less expensive cases. I chose to pay a premium price for what I hoped would be a premium product, but I am disappointed.

The cool drawer to hold the apple pen on the side broke off in one week and doesn’t snap back on kind of useless to me as a case now

Very disappointing.

I received this case as a warranty item as the case I had originally purchased was not available. This is the worst case that I have ever had. Firstly, the slide to hold the apple pencil is not functional. It is hard to get at the pencil and it constantly comes off from the case. Secondly, when I have the case in the folded position and set on a table, it is always collapsing. I never had these issues with my earlier version of the 360.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had an otter for my iPad for many years and I love it. As it was getting ratty I decided to buy a new one. I love the color and it’s sturdy enough, but… I hate the fact that they changed the pen holder! It’s awkward to take out and it does not close neatly as the other one did over the pen for travel. I wish you would stick with a design if it works and not constantly run after novelty.

Not the same symmetry

I wish I read the reviews! The color is astounding (blue), however they made too many design changes. I had the Symmetry folio for my iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen and it was a beast. This new one seems more plastic-like and has a less than premium feel, although it does feel lighter and the buttons are easier to use on the sides of the iPad. The latching cover for the pencil makes it difficult to remove the pencil. The cover no longer stays in place when open flat against the back of the iPad; as though no magnets meet the latch for the pencil. The stand as a whole is fine, and feels a little more secure than my old one, however, this is only my 3rds day, and I suspect it will weaken. I’m very disappointed with Otterbox on this. I expected so much more from this. The hunt is on for the competition now.

When I received it it was exactly what I had order. It does what it is supposed to do. I really miss the tap that held the top cover on. The tap made it easy to open.

Very Nice, Sleek, & Lightweight Solid Protection

Great Design & product for my I Pad 12.9Pro, I Love it...Owned for 6 Months and I use it everyday. Great Feel and touch. 1 Problem, is the Apple Pencil holder falls off pretty often. I then have to take my iPad completely out of the Symmetry Case in order to Re-Attach/Snap The Pencil holder back in place, then Re-Install my I pad back into the case, not that big of a deal because it only take 2 minutes to do, but you are exposed to potentially loosing your pencil, which has almost happened to me, luckily it fell out in my car and I was able to find it under my car seat. Still A Very Solid Product That will last for years. I have a blue color way.
