misrepresented compatibility with magic keyboard

the case was ststed to be compatible with the apple magic keyboard but you have to remove the case to use the keyboard so it hss to ho bsk

The case does not line up with the buttons, for instance the volume buttons have to be accessed by wedging the case off since the buttons on the case don’t engage the buttons on the iPad when pressed.

Do not buy this. The piece that hold the pen keeps coming off without holding a pen. With a pen, forget about it, it’s worthless. The folding cover shows in the pictures that it will support the iPad in a reclined position. It won’t. The folding cover will not stick to the back it just flops around. This thing is garbage, we were very disappointed in this product since all of our experience with otter ox has been positive in the past.

Poorly made case. Horrible shipping practices!!!!

First, Otterbox's shipping company is ridiculous!! This took 2 and a half weeks to get to me. I tried calling several times only to be on hold for 45 minutes. The 3rd time after 30 minute's I finally got to talk to someone. They told me it was not unusual for there to be delays in shipping. None of the other items we ordered had any of the shipping problems this did. Very bad shipping!!!
The case is of poor quality. The flap that covers the screen does not seem to line up correctly, and flops around a lot. Look for something else.
