Good bag, bad registration experience

Here’s the actual info. It’s a BLACK bag, but the only options given at registration was a white bag! All the pertinent information is in the pictures.

No laptop protection but good overall

Thought it had a protected laptop area. It’s just a space with no padding. You will need a protective sleeve when traveling, lucky I have one. Otherwise good find.

This bag is definitely roomy. My son has to carry a TON of stuff to school and this is one of the few backpacks I could find anywhere that is large enough. My only major complaint is that we have only had it a few weeks and one of the wheel covers (which apparently is just a cheap piece of plastic) has already broken and fallen off. It doesn't affect it's functionality; however, it's disappointing that this would happen so quickly.

Is very spacious yet light in weight. Love that I can use it as a backpack as well as a roller bag. The only down for me is that it could have an extra small pocket or two to put small items (eg: keys) but overall I like this bag a lot.
