They have changed the straps on the back so that the zipper cover must stay open when used as a backpack?? Made no sense to me. I returned it... and haven't heard back about my return that has been delivered to them successfully over a week ago. Wish me luck.

Use for air travel and the handle strictures broke

I own this in the beginning of sept and use it for air travel once, i put it inside the cabin storage, but when i gott off, the steel handle sfoundation has bent.
This is very disappointing since i have this bag in just under a month.
I have high expectations and the quality would be great since i have previous purchases of high sierra.
Now even when i tried to file claim for warranty, i couldn’t find my exact type of backpack.

Used as a student bag to carry books and supplies. Handle tore on first use lifting bag into vehicle. 4 books and a Chromebook. In the process of returning for a replacement. Great customer service!

On the first trip through four airports that I used it, I was impressed with the smooth glide of the wheels. I try to walk (rather than sit) when I am in airports, and it was great to walk around with the wheeled backpack. Additionally, I had to walk and run to make a connection when a plane was late, and it was extremely easy do do so with the wheeled backpack.
