Use this everyday! It holds my 13 inch Macbook, a few clothing items, toiletries, book(s) and other supplies. Very easy to cart around. Seems well made and durable. I do wish the compartments were a little bigger. Otherwise, this is the perfect carry-on luggage for a flight or wheeling around your everyday items.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding, Highly Adjustable, Large Capacity / Good Size, Lightweight
Cons: More Space In Compartment, Small Capacity

I bought 2 backpacks one for my son who is in 4 th grade other for daughter 7 th grade. THey both express how easy it is to put all their books in it and transport to school. It has a sturdy base and is well constructed This is my 2 purchase

This is my third High Sierra Wheeled Backpack. The first two had zipper failures and High Sierra doesn't honor its warranty even though the backpack was within warranty.
For this particular version, the small front compartment design is rather useless. Unfortunately the Endeavor Wheeled Laptop Backpack model is no longer available.
I am going to see if a shoe repair shop can replace the zipper.
I don't use this as a backpack, but it is convenient to use with air travel.
I couldn't find a comparable from a different company.
I am not sure why High Sierra uses such cheap zippers?

side pocket durability? otherwise a good pack

I would have given it a 5 star rating but there are two design/construction issues. The first is that the laptop compartment padding should be thicker/firmer. The second is the durability of the side mesh pockets is not great. My son has a 32oz hydroflask with a rounded bottom and somehow there's already a quarter sized hole towards the bottom of the pocket.

The rolling backpack was delivered on July 18, 2023. Used it for the first time on 7/25/2023. It is already coming apart. I have pictures. Please recent another rolling backpack with shipping label to return the defective bag. Thank you

Amazing arthritis-friendly and ASD-friendly bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is perfect for college, though the main compartment could probably be a tad roomier. I only use this as a wheeled backpack as I have Poly-JIA (auto-immune disease arthritis) and I love this bag. I also have ASD and cannot stand certain noises from bags or certain fabrics for bags, the material used in this bag is very sensory-friendly (for me, at least). The one thing that I would change would possibly be the laptop compartment as it will not fit a laptop that is already inside of a case, and the main compartment could probably be a tad roomier for textbooks. Overall a great bag so far!

I was very happy with the quality of this bag. My only disappointment was I thought I'd ordered a bag that would fit under an airline seat. This bag appears too tall to fit under most airline seats.

It's an amazing backpack! Waterproof works great , full of capacity and section. Not easy to find where to carry the water bottle but still my son loves it! Wheels work great and quality is amazing.
