I should have gotten the bigger wheeled backpack. More space and more sturdy. The top front zipped pocket (with emblem) is to too flat or small to store a S10 phone in the front.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this bag for my sons at school to carry their boojs since they need to have some times all their heavy books to school. So this bag was the only strong lasting bag which they used it now for 3 years as new
Pros: Great Grip, Long Lasting Tread, Quiet
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this almost daily for work. I carry me steno machine in it. Lightweight, rolls easily and quietly. Exactly what I was hoping for.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight
Great rolling backpack. Durable material, good organization and pockets, solid telescoping handle. Should hold up well for our elementary school boy. Deducted a star for 1) media pouch should zip open above not below so content doesn't fall out, 2) interior frame of wheel housing takes some space away from side water bottle pockets so larger bottles are hard to fit and 3) wish it had true rollerblade wheels instead of suitcase wheels (so far they work fine, this is just personal preference). Would buy again.
We returned this backpack because the carrying option isn’t practical at all. To use the straps there is a flap that has to be unzipped and then tucked underneath the bottom of the bag. It felt more like an either/or use. Either carry it or roll it but not practical if you need to transition between the two to go up stairs, etc. We loved the size and it’s a large capacity but the design is not well done and too much of a nuisance especially for a middle schooler.
