Too Fragile

I traded in my Galaxy Note 9 for this phone and regret it. The trade in took place in September and within two months the hinge broke. I got a replacement phone for it and again in two months the hinge broke. This will be my third phone replacement and it hasn't even past half a year. I had a protective case on it as well for both phones but it did no good. Samsung needs to reinforce the hinge for future models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the worst phone ever , my hinge got broken after 3 months and now screen is black and they have customer service .

First of all I am a big fan of Samsung. Have always used their products. I was so happy with my flip 4 but not anymore after 2 month. Okay. I dropped the phone but with my Samsung case was on it and it was the only my knee hight. However, my phone is gone. This is crazy. First I couldn’t fully open the phone and now the screen is not functioning. I mean, I drop phones from time to time but never broken like this!!!!!. Flip 4 is very delicate, weak phone!!!!!

By far the best phone Ive ever had. It is not huge and bulky, but foldable and compact. great camera! awesome battery life! Split screen mode. Super fast processor. Great ringtones.
