Terrible Phone

Top part of screen no longer works it randomly stopped working. The bottom half of the phone is dim and glitches as well. I haven't even had this phone for year, only 8 months. I previously had the flip3 and I think the screen quality was better than the flip4 and I didn't have any issues with the screen. Don't waste your money on this phone because the screen will most likely stop working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not bad phone just be warned design needs tweaking

The preinstalled screen protector on the zflip4 is horrible. I had it replaced under warranty through ubreakifix the other day and it's already peeling up again in the same spot it did on the original screen protector. it's a flaw in the design. The phone is pretty cool, speed and battery no issues, i've had the phone almost 6 months and it just started peeling right when the heat picked up here in arizona. Had it replaced not 2 days ago and doing the same thing. Also the hinge sometimes does make a noise it's done it ever since i bought the phone so I think more work on design is still needing to be done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fun and dynamic but lacks in ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my fold 4 for about 5 months. Coming from a s 20 note.... it was a downgrade to me in comparison. It's laggy vs previous phone. Slow connections, slow uploads/download 🐌 😴 I will.be buying upgrading so no clientele lost lol but normally I would have just wanted and expected more. But just not for me. Still a valued phone. For my lack of patience and need for more I dislike. But it's features are cool and I don't want to throw it away lol

This device take me back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I want to say, this is the best of not one of the best dancing products ever made. it brought me back to when I owned a flip phone years ago and loved the design and comfort, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 to me is the best device I can ever have.
I use it for basically everything from watching YouTube, Tubi TV, to using it for work. As a property manager, I use it to take great photos for assessment of any property maintenance needed like date, the timestamp and detail of the photo. Also being able to quickly print letters and notices that are saved in my Dropbox to my printer via Wi-Fi connection. GPU is great when it comes to gaming, I play Call of duty Mobile using Bluetooth controller and I love the response between the devices and graphics are an A+.
One of the main reasons hands down using the Flip 4 is utilizing the fold feature, from shooting a tik tok video with my son and being able to video chat with friends and family while multitasking without holding it by folding it half way and all the functions and buttons shift to the other side is awesome. Another feature is what I described in the beginning, folding it half the actual size when opened and having the comfort of knowing it's safely in your pocket. I had issues with my phone falling out getting out my car due to it sticking out just enough to slip out and fall, the Flip not only solves that, but gives comfort knowing it's no longer a concern. Anticipating the Flip 5 new front screen size & tear drop hinge.

It's nice to go out with friends and not constantly stare at my phone. I utilize the smaller display to address immediate needs. I do wish that they would enable wireless dex.

Not as durable as it should be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 days after getting the phone I dropped it getting out of my pocket(I'm 6'0) and because it hit the ground at an angle from about 3 feet the hinge is now out of place. The phone open at about a 70 degree angle for awhile unless I pushed the two halves together while opening it and the screen is slowly dying from that side of the phone. Standard Samsung phone with all the best features that I love, I'm just disappointed in the major weakness that should've been noted and fixed by the 3rd Iteration after all it is the entire reason for wanting the phone in the first place.

The overall compact design fits in my small pockets and is easy to store in my backpack. The flex mode definitely is a game changer! I've taken so many group photos using this.
