Fragile Hinge

Amazing phone but has an insanely fragile hinge. I've had this phone for about 6 months and have had to replace it 4 times. A simple 2-foot drop with this phone can destroy the hinge even if you have a case on the phone. There are also very few repair facilities that can fix the hinge and even if they do, it is not cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exactly What I Expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sole purpose of this phone was to minimize the weight/size of things I carry with me during my daily activities. Such as my wallet, keys, etc. Now that I have this phone and I can pretty much hang it around my neck with my lanyard during work it frees up more space in my pockets for other things I may carry around. Great for minimalist and people alike. Great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my phone one month ago. While I was scared to drop it or submerge it in water, I was not the most gentle with it. I dropped it with a case and without and it has not had any issues. Reddit did scare me but if feels and acts like any other normal phone.

Still loving the flip, has hinge problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre bought this as soon as you could. I had the flip 3 and was so excited with the deal I got for this version. I absolutely love Samsung phones and especially love being able to have a flip phone again. I have an issue with the hinge. I dropped it about 1 ft and the hinge popped out. It looks like this has happened to a lot of people. I always have my phone in it's case and currently have the Samsung case. Like I said, lots of people are having this issue. It has since been fixed but it was a huge hassle. I wish they didn't change the hinge design.

Poor Battery

I bought this phone for my wife when it first came out. After 5 months the battery is overheating, phone will only last 4 hours, and that's without using any apps. Currently getting the battery replace since it's under warranty, but seriously worry after warranty ends I'll have the same problem. My wife can't even carry the phone anymore in her pocket since it's heats up too and we're afraid of it catching on fire or blowing up.

Poor Build Quality

Poor build quality. After 8 months the screen protector began to peel at the hinge, and then the left side of the hinge itself is now broken causing the phone to not fully open.

Awesome phone with great features

The small cover screen when the phone is folded provides quick access to critical info. Overall great, worth the buy

Dropped Once Low Height. Completely Destroyed.

It hasn't even been a month since I traded in my Galaxy Note 10. I bent over to put my shoes on and it dropped out of my pocket, slipped out of the case, and broke on the floor. The glass on the back is cracked. The hinge is uneven, and the screen is pushed forward causing a bright line. I dropped my Note 10 plenty of times, even without a case. Never cracked. This one had a case and is destroyed. If I hadn't already paid insurance on the phone for a replacement, I'd get a different phone.
