Flip4 won't open to see full screen

I bought my Samsung galaxy flip4 3 months ago not very happy with it battery won't last long not only that one night I set my alarm clock for work the next morning and I tried to open the phone and it didn't open all the way so I requested a shipping label to send it back to get it checked and I've been checking on UPS website to see the status of delivery and and it says that delivery is in process I checked again and still says the same thing am not sure what's going on ever since Samsung came out their cellphones I've been very happy with them until now that I purchased the new Samsung galaxy flip4 and had to send it back because it wouldn't open all the way like it should to see the full screen right now am using my Samsung galaxy z fold2 until Samsung gets my flip4 and see why it won't open completely to see fullscreen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Flip for 2023

Everyone's review will be different and mostly negative due to how they treat their devices, and they will report a bad review but not me. Here is my honest review. I have had this device since launch, and I have no issues with it. Treat your phone with care and it will last long. I recommend to open and close the device normally and not try that one handed stuff like in the youtube reviews. Next, have a case on the phone. Yes it feels good without a case but you never know when your phone will drop. The flip 4 runs with a 8 Gen+ which gives the device fast processor when having multiple apps open or in use. Battery life is good depending how you use your device. If you are a heavy user with games and social media then yes your device will run out of juice faster than expected. If you are an average user that uses the device for just calls and text, checking emails and light browsing then the phone will last good 8-9 hrs tops. The Flip 4 has a 3700 mAh battery which has improved from the flip 3. While most android devices have bigger battery than this, Samsung makes up for it with Super Fast charging. For the 1st time the flip can super fast charge. The flip 4 can do everything a non flip phone can do and more. Yes, you can game take photos and videos, etc. This compact phone folds in half and opens to a beautiful 6.7 inch display. I struggled with the device at first finding myself to charge my device 2-3 days depending on my usage but i fall for the form factor as it slips right into my pocket. This device is not dust or dirt proof so you have to take extra care of it especially when going to the beach or if you live in a area with dust particles such as gravel or construction site. Overall I say try this device. You have 14 days to test it and if it doesnt' work out just return it for a full refund. Do not miss out the experience because you see other negative reviews. Just remember have a case for it, open the phone with 2 hands, follow the care instructions when first setting up the device. Happy flipping

Worst Decision!

I bought this device 4 months ago, it has been replaced 4 times since then because the phone keeps getting stuck in a L position. The screen unsticks itself from the center and the phone starts going haywire until the screen stops working. 4 months and I have only been able to use the phone for an actual month. Worst decision I have ever made.

I mean the flip 4 looks great truly a beautiful design. Unfortunately fact of the matter is Samsung needs to go back to the drawing board. One of the biggest improvement that Samsung stated from the flip 3 to the flip 4 was the smaller hinge design Which was supposed to Minimize the fold crease of the device. However this seems to be the flip 4 biggest fault. The newly designed hinges are very fragile. This default in Samsung design causes the phone to seemlessly break with day to day usage. I've had 2 devices in roughly a 3 month period with the same issue occurring. Once either side of the hinges break the phone screen seems to lift up causing the entire screen to go black. As a dedicated Samsung customer i hope they can come up with a better design equip to handle the daily folding and unfolding of this device. Honestly as of now I just WANT MY NOTE BACK PLEASE!!!

I mean it looks great love the ideal but the fact of the matter is that Samsung needs to go back to the drawing board. The hinges were made smaller on the 4 compared to the fold 3 which causes the screen to lift and blanks out the screen. In a 3 month period I have 2 of these devices and can't seem to get around this screen issue 🙃 I WANT MY NOTE BACK !!!!
