Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this device when it was first released I love almost everything about it. The only thing I don't like is the Samsung launcher that comes pre-installed with all the bloatware. If this was a pure Android phone I would give it five stars and love it.

Make sure you try this out in the store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was super excited to get this phone do to the compact nature of it and the flip feature. It might not be for me but wanted to mention some things, once folded its kinda bulky in your pocket and there is a slight screen warp at the fold crease. All in all it's a good phone but thinking I want my full size phone back.

I was lied to by t mobile rep who said this had an expandable memory slot. So I got the 128G and now my memory is full and I've lost ALL my music and videos I've had in my memory card

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a samsung lifer. I use my phone for work and for personal usage, especially taking pictures. I have never had an issue, technical, issue with the samsung phones. I purchased my husbands z flip 3 than 4. The z flip 3 screen stopped working about 6 months after getting it, so I replaced it with a z flip 4 and within 2 months that screen went black. We cannot access any information on that phone and now I'm stuck paying for 2 phones that don't work. For me I'll stick to a regular samsung phone with a great camera.

Samsung Care+ is great for those unexpected situations we sometimes find ourselves in like leaving your phone behind somewhere while running errands, dropping and shattering your screen, having it stolen, and/or taking an impromptu dip in the ocean with your phone still in your hand. Talk about the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investments! This phone is trash. Everyone I know who has one has had issues. Only had this phone since Nov. 2022 and now it takes 6 hrs for my battery to charge

The phone shuts down immediately especially while communicating and/or texting it's become very problematic.

Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. Be sure to take a look at the article titled, "Issues with mobile network connection on Samsung phone or tablet" for some helpful troubleshooting steps you can take when you have the free time to do so. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. "Messages on Samsung phone are slow, do not send, or cannot be received" also has some great information that you may find beneficial.
