Bezel Bumper fell off after 2 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really, truly wanted to love this phone. The screen is bright and beautiful, the device looks great, but after 2 weeks of use, one of the bezel bumpers fell off the bottom corner of the front of the device.
I sent the device in to Samsung and after a week, the device was sent back, but the bumper was not replaced. Ugh.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I have a ZFlip4 Bespoke edition but did not see an option to select that specific phone. Anyway, the phone has been great. I really do not see any tremendous changes from my ZFlip3, but definitely could not pass up the 4's preorder trade in deal. I haven't looked back to iPhones since moving to foldable devices by Samsung. I am really in love with this phone. I actually wasted juice on it and it's still good after some rice. Definitely get some protection on it though, as there seems to be hinge problems after dropping the device. Please put a case on the phone at least!

I like the phone, it's very practical only downfall is if it falls at the right angle the screen will bust open

Better than I thought it would be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pre ordered this as soon as I could, was excited about the battery upgrade and cover screen refinement. Needless to say, I was impressed by how well all the software functions, and how all the hardware feels. The battery also lasts longer than expected, though it could still be improved. Great phone overall, would recommend if you're okay with a little less battery life!

Great, fast smart phone

I liked the fact that it can fold in half and pocket easier, the phone is fast and does everything well, including calls. But, it seems fragile, i dropped it with a case on, damaged the screen. I have dropped other phones with a case on, no issues. Not so with this one, looks like one large ink blot over both screens. Not useable at all, I did get the Samsung Care +. Hopefully it all works out ok, and I get back a working phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my note20u because the weight was a little too heavy for me and it began to hurt my wrist when I would hold it. (Minus that the phone was perfect) but I wanted to try something different. I decided to get the pink gold flip 4 and it is perfect. Its light weight, the battery last a long time and of course the flip mode is awesome. I love samsing and how creative they are.
I would recommend this to a friend!
