Good concept being foldable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my main phone. It's thicker being folded so it doesn't fit purse pockets, it's difficult to open for me due to arthritis.
I do like it being folded and having the ability to listen to music and control the songs with the front window.
It is compact, operates well, battery is decent.

This phone is just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Z flip 4 for everything. I run my business on it and manage my life on it. Im always shopping online for my clients as well as myself and my family. I'm on my phone most of the day so I expected an amazing device when I purchased this one. Actually I wanted the fold 4 but was mistaken by the representative and ended up with this one and could not get it exchanged. Anyway, I just need more out of a phone and wish the front screen was bigger. I can't see well for being 36. Not to mention I'm constantly losing my phone in my own house because of the size and color I was given. lol! It certainly blends in with everything. ( I know that's a personal issue 😂) Another thing that's really getting to me is if I have my hand on the right hand side of the phone somehow the back button gets pushed even though my hand is nowhere near it.

How much tech can be designed into a massive content crating device? This little honey pot has an infinite amount of honey to crate and look stylish. The beautiful design & screens in back plus front make this versatile phone have a league of it’s own. If the fold is two big then the flip is the answer to next gen hardware & software. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my Z Flip3 for the Bespoke edition of the Z Flip4 256GB. I absolutely love this phone. I love the colors and frame I chose. The phone feels like it is my creation. It feels very personal. The biggest issue with the Z Flip3 was addressed, that being the battery life. The increase in battery life is very noticeable with the Z Flip4. The hinge is also improved. It is less bulky and yet feels more secure and beefy and smoother. People see it and are so amazed and just want to touch it.
This is definitely the best phone I have ever owned.

I appreciate the flip. It's fun and sensible all at the same time! It's so much easier to handle than the bigger phones.
However, the battery life is bad. You can't be too far away from a charging source, even over night.
I'm going to try to exchange it for an S22.
