Amazing Phone for Daily Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the phone for the normal daily tasks (eg: calling, texting, music, etc.). The phone is great since I can focus when it's folded (I get less distracted) but still keep track of important notifications. Quality of the camera is also very good.

Good features but poor ingeneering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone was great the first few months that I have it but right away I start having issues with the folding screen so far its been in shop twice already and I am afraid of the screen to keep failing in a few month I will say that is one of the worst phones in quality that I ever had but next time I will for the classic styles and not for the Innovative ones.

It sports slimmer bezels and flatter edges to make for a more premium-feeling device. It's sleeker, faster, and more reliable than ever. It has a bigger battery, a faster processor, and a tougher design than top competitors. I truly believe it is the best flip device in the country.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Warranty replaced screen twice due to a hinge failure and the lcd itself failing due to the hinge feature itself no other damage. Refused third warranty replacement due to screen protector failure after replacement from a Samsung authorized reservicer.
Battery life, which is also replaced after each screen replacement has been dismal at best. 4 - 6 hours of regular usage, browsing the internet for work etc. Disappointing, would actually consider the flip 3 battery life better.

Love Samsung Galaxy products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Flip 4 5G daily for calls, messaging, emails, to schedule appointments in the calendar, play my favorite game, take videos and pictures, play music...the list gies on and on! I have been hooked on the Samsung Galaxy series for years and will not use any other phone. The smoothness of operating the different apps and the reliability is the best. Plus it seems there are new things to discover with each update. When I decided to bend and pay the price for my Flip 4, I was very nervous because I don't usually pay that much for ANY electronic. But I'm glad I chose to with this phone. I love it and am even considering upgrading early to the Flip 5. The only issue I had with it was that I had to use my manufacturer's warranty to replace the screen because it separated from the phone, but it was fixed and has worked great since. It's also a great conversation starter because when people see it they can't help but ask about it.
