Great idea , weak design

You'll Flip for This Phone! Sorry couldn't help it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone! The screen is fantastic, razor sharp, great for watching videos and looking at pictures. The front screen is handy for seeing notifications and switching songs etc at a glance. Selfie mode is great for group shots, especially with the voice commands. I love having the big screen but the small form. It's veery striking to look at and feels very premium. Another really fun part is is a conversation piece, everybody asks about it and wants to hold it and do through flip. Also it's so very satisfying to hang up an annoying call by snapping it shut. I'd recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally this phone was a huge upgrade from my last phone. I had a motorola g9 and it was laggy and took mediocre photos. This phone is a whole new experience compared to every other phone I've used, not just because it folds but also because of its speed, quality, amazing camera, and how smooth everything runs.

A FLIP OF THE WRIST AND YOURE READY TO GO!

It's super easy to use, it,s fast, the camera is amazing , the screen is surprisingly large, and it's easy to navigate. The design is perfect for me, and when I'm finished with a call, or a text, I simply fold it in half and put it in my pocket! Simplicity is my mantra, and the sleek design is both simple and elegant. Thank you samsung, for another winner!

Product is great, battery not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My flip 4 works well overall but has poor battery. The screen guard film gets ruined often and can be only be changed at specific locations.
Last time i had to travel 40 miles just to get screen guard changed.
I will not rebuy this series if battery does not improve.
