My stream loves seeing me shut it close and people compliment it all the time. Plus the front screen is great. My only concern is that the screen crease does happen after a year or two of use

My favorite phone ever!

I love th way it folds to an even smaller phone so that it easily fits in my pocket or purse, I call it my adult flip phone. The fold allows it to stand on either the side or even the bottom to watch videos or play games without holding the device. It is very easy to use but the size is the best feature. I get compliments all the time on the look and convenience of phone.

Great phone no issues whatsoever

I was worried about the folding screen but after all the use I give it, there is absolutely no sign of it being faulty. Aside from replacing my case it still looks brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before upgrading to the Z Flip 5, I used my Z Flip 4 daily. Love the compact nature of these phones. It would last me all day with the caveat of using Routines to help make the battery last the whole work day. The screen is surprising good given it's weaker nature than a traditional glass screen. The display got plenty bright when needed. The cons of this phone would be the battery capacity and cameras. I wish I were able to fully experience this phone with having to run battery saver mode and bringing the refresh rate down to 60mhz, but it's a trade off I was willing to do. The cameras on the other hand should be better than what is given. The software does what it can to make pictures look as best as they can, however I feel as if it is unacceptable compared to older phones that released prior that have better image quality. With that being said, I still loved my Z Flip 4.

You pay for the Flip, but it's kind of a flop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool product. I've enjoyed using it, and I am really excited to see where this series of phones go. I think this is a huge market opportunity, and I know I'll definitely own another folding phone in the future. However, there are some downsides:
1. Getting a good case for it is tough, since it folds, the case not only needs hinges, but some way to expand and contract as needed.
2. No wireless charging. That really sucks believe it or not. You'll miss it when it's gone.
3. The cameras are much worse on my Flip 4 than in my previous phone, a S20 FE. Much worse, especially in darker environments.
4. It doesn't fold flat, so crap gets in pretty easily. I regularly clean between my case's hinge and the phone.
5. Screen protector? Yes? No? I'm not sure, instructions are very unclear. It comes with something on it, but you aren't supposed to remove it? But you can't cover it either? So now my screen has a few minor scratches, and nothing can be done?
Anyways, good phone, needs more work. I hope the 5th gen will be much better. Would love to own the Fold 5, it looks like fun.

Great phone! Love the comfort of a compact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my z flip 4 for everything from gaming to basic exploring. I have no issues ever. Thae battery life and quick charging is great. The compact design puts my mind at ease as it fits easily into my front pockets. I know where it is and dont worry about sitting on it. The camera on this phone is also much better then average. Everything i do throughout the day from work to relax my z flip 4 makes every task easier and more enjoyable.
