I had the phone for about 2 weeks now. So far I love the phone and features that it has. I know I probably have not seen or used every feature yet but like what I did use. Absolutely love the size of the phone. The battery last all day but that is also determined by how much I use the phone too throughout the day. So far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hinge and screen issues with the flip phone

I bought this phone about 1 year ago. In the first 6 months, this phone has been sent to get repaired twice due to the hinge that closes and opens the phone. The hinge breaks and causes screen problems such as flickering, turning yellow, turning black, and touch screen not working. I can tell when the hinge is broken because I start to hear a squeaky sound whenever I open and close the flip phone and then the screen problems happen soon after. I'm tired of having to get it fix for the same issue over and over.
This phone also tends to over heat pretty fast.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too Fragile

After having this phone for 8 months and noticing problems with the hinge, finally the screen went dark and I could do nothing but send it back to Samsung for a repair. Luckily that repair was 100% free under warranty. Unfortunately my phone had not backed up for several days and I lost some very important information because Samsung would not back up my phone even though I put a note in with the repair package. I was unable to do this because I was unable to operate on screen controls, but Samsung didn't care about that. I do not trust that this phone will hold up for more than another 8 to 10 months before I will be stuck paying for an insurance copay to have the phone repaired once again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone for people with arthritic fingers!

When my flip4 hinge got out of alignment, I sent it off to the Samsung repair center. I couldn't believe how much I missed my phone! It is the only phone that I can hold onto without slipping out of my hands, which are arthritic and had to temporarily use a google pixel. The repair was quick and I was completely happy to get my phone back. Love this phone!

This is my second time purchasing, I bought one when it first came out, the screen buckles in the fold, and I see it still does the sane, not satisfied with this phone, will not be purchasing again, ever!! Trying to get rid of this one it buckled after six months, they gave me another phone totally unsatisfied, phone costs too much for this,

Battery life

I was trading in my s20 and fell in love with the flip feature, that was until I realized all other specs are a major down grade. From the camera to thescreen quality. All those feature I could live with except the horrible battery life. This phone is a downgrade from any Samsung I have owned and I have been with Samsung since the S7. This is just not on par with my expectations from Samsung.

Faulty hinge

Received my phone September 28th. Since then, I had to have faulty hinge replaced and now the screen is broken from across middle then spread
It started with noise when unfolding phone.
