Terrible Product!

This is the worst phone! 2 month after purchase, the pixels started blacking out. Spot grew larger by the hour. Eventually, half the phone was black. Could not do anything with the phone since the blacked out area would not respond. Samsung replaced the screen. Their service was great. Three to four month later the screen is failing again. I have been careful not to fold the phone, only doing it occasionally. Kept it in a case. Doing what I could to maintain the integrity of the screen. It failed! Line starting to form along the fold. Bottom half of the screen is flickering and flashes green lines.

Had this phone for one day, then it had a black line on crease and top part froze, then bottom screen colored to white. No good.

My husband and I bought these flip4s thinking it would be better(with the screen being closed thought it would protect the screen more). Within a month, my husband had to send it off to have repaired because the screen went black. He was without a phone for several days. My flip lasted me 6 months and went black. I had to return that one for repair. I would not recommend this flip to anyone. I am a Samsung customer, just not the flip.

Worst phone I’ve ever had. I’ve never had problems with any cell phone I’ve had I. 20 some years. I’ve had my flip 4 for 6 months and the hinges broke on it very suddenly. I sent it in for repairs and they lost everything on my phione. . Some parts of the screen do not display things as sharp as other parts show. Just not happy with this phone.

I’m on my second Flip4 since October. Screen went out on me this past Monday but before that there was a white line across my screen from where it folded. Really cannot stand the Flip 4 and would not recommend to anyone!!!
