[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a daily phone that was just suitable for work and the z flip 4 has proven to be just the ultimate phone. Does everything I needed to do away from my laptop. Work presentation as a data analyst has been really great and to top it all, it streams my movies smoothy when I need to take a break

Love it! I currently own the galaxy z flip 3 and I love it. Cannot beat how compact it is and how comfortable it is in your pocket

HORRIBLE!!! DON'T BUY

WORST PHONE EVER!!! I thought since it is a series 4 phone, you would have ironed out all the kinks. You clearly didn't. Why you continue to sell these phones is beyond me. I upgraded my Note 9 to Flip 4 on 9/19/22 and am now on my 3rd replacement phone. Of course, I had to weeks without a phone waiting for the replacement. You clearly know about this black screen problem. Why not fix it, or remove the Fold and Flip from your line entirely? I will be contacting a class action attorney. Shame on you SAMSUNG!!!! Thought you were better than this. You are not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought phone less than 60 days ago and screen came up where it folds. DO NOT buy this phone. And don't expect much help from customer service either.

Great improvement great PHONE

I owned flip 3 5g was interesting phone but was missing few points that new one addresses big time as most important BATTERY LIFE. I Really see differences in battery life can go 14 hours how i use daily. Screen is more tight if you can call that, crease is less visible and overall quality of phone is great. I am very pleased with Flip 4 i wish to see outside screen a bigger but hope next model will offer that. THANKS SAMSUNG.

I bought this phone along with my fold 4. And I must say I love it as well.. I can never choose which to use.. but the pocketable size is perfect for work.. while my fold 4 I use for days off. So far this phone is amazing but it lacks in two categories. The battery although not giving me major issues I would like it to last a bit longer. And second is the cameras. I like the cameras but wouldn’t mind ultra cameras on such a flagship device. Like I stated in my fold 4 review. Aside from that it’s pretty perfect. On and on the color I am a guy who likes the pink gold color with the peach leather case.. it’s a go..
