DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO DROPS THEIR PHONE

I bought the Z Flip 4 in late October. I was hoping with it's foldability, it would securely fit in my pocket reducing the risk of accidental drops. I broke the phone within the week by dropping it less than 1/2 a foot of the floor. The hinge broke and I had to get it replaced. A few weeks ago, the same thing happened with my replacement, but this time it had a very strong case on it. It broke in the same way. I WOUlD NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone who drops their phone AT ALL. It is a very fragile phone and I am now having to regrettably end my use of Samsung phones because they are too fragile.

I have had 12 Samsung phones this Flip 4 has been the best.

Nothing happened to it to cause it not to open but one day it stopped opening all the way and then the screen went out. Thankfully it was replaced for free but scared of it doing the same and now the battery is overheating as well.
