Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone and then 5 weeks later my screen broke. All i did was open it and the screen looks like it separated. Flickered and then became useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for over 7 months now and in love with it !! The Back camera has such beautiful quality and would take beautiful pictures with it !! I use it everyday and never had any technical issues with it. Every time i play games, it's super great quality and not slow. same with watching any streaming. i very much love the aesthetics of the phone and the customization on the phone. Only problem that bothers me is that the screen is too sensitive as I have some permanent scratches on my phone, specifically one in the middle of the screen and a tiny scratch on my front camera lens. I overall love this phone and would recommend !!

Poor quality for tbe orice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Flip 4 in October 2022 brand new and by the end of Feb. 2023 the screen is cracking away where it folds in half. I also here and there will see lines where the screen is obviously having pixel problems. Also the phone is showing great wear already on the screen, its only been 4 months.. I am taking it in this week for repair but what exactly am I suppose to use for A phone if it takes awhile to repair?? Loaner phone I hope or even better my phone back that day repaired. I see myself switching back to their competitor before long bc this phone is far from impressive and i am greatly disappointed.

Unimaginable Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my z flip 4 for work and play, I'm able to use all features of office 360 in split screen which makes my work life a breeze, no more having to go back and forth between multiple tabs when transferring data into spread sheets. It's great being able to flip my phone at 90 degrees to watch videos no need for a case with a kick stand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes it's not the fastest or best camera. But I love rhe folding ability. I can just fold it and work with it in my breast pock all day and not worry about it falling out. Charges fast and holds a charge all day. Bluetooth connection is great. Only complaint is you cannot use a s pen on it. Which doesn't matter to me. I also don't use the phones cameras too often. Main use is text, facebook, calls and music/audio books. Also Google maps.

Feels like a mini laptop that can fit my back pocket!

Can't tell you how many times my Samsung Wallet has saved me from unprepared check-out embarrassment.
The AR Zone is pretty diverse and entertaining. I let my daughter customize emojis for immediate family members and create different call backgrounds for their contacts. It's always a fun surprise whenever I get a call.
SmartThings is very convenient in my household.
