Please return the two pin holes on the phones.

Please can you put back on phones the two little holes that all you to attach a strap to your phone.
I know with out them you make more money as people drop the phones and you then get to sell more. But for all the money you charge for the phones, could we not have a choice of saveing the phone from some harm? Please!

Waste of money and time!

I'll start by saying, 8m giving this two stars as it does have some good features. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this phone to someone I hate! I have owned it for two months and have just gotten my third one (and am going to have to go back to the store for a fourth). This has to be the worste phone I've ever had in my life. Being in my 40's I've had quite the assortment of phones in that time. That should give you an idea of just how bad this phone is. The camera says it's "professional grade"... a disposable camera take better pictures than this thing (and its supposed to be 8K). All three of the phones I've had, have been prone to turning themselves off. They do not always connect to your service (ive also had the sim card replaced a couple times to eliminate that as the issue.
I am beyond embarrassed by this phone and if I could get out of it, I would do it in the blink of an eye.
In short, DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!!

Had this for about 3 weeks, and I'm more impressed on what it's able and highly surprised, crease is a thing but barely noticed, especially if u have it open ever so often to give it some breathing room, but especially love playing any game with this. Makes people drop jaws, as few have ever see them. Truly unique experience and possibly has much more potential that the may have struck gold on! But definitely worth much money, as long as it's futures are things u do day to day.

I switched from the flip to the fold and I’m sold!

I originally purchased the Z flip 4, loved it, but my daughter loved it more. It was more younger adult appropriate, so I gave it to her, and bought this Z from fold 4. Much more functional I’ve been able to do so much more with this phone, and my work issued iPhone 14 plus pales in comparison with regards to functionality. The only gripe that I have is the battery life. This phone dies quickly. It’s my personal phone, and is used secondary, and doesn’t last very long. Other than that no issues.

Good looks, bad Hardware

I purchased this phone on launch. It worked fine for initial 6 months or so but then started powering off randomly ( once in a while ). It got worse and worse and after every power-off I have to let it cool for 10-15 min to be able to start again. I liked the screen-size and how it folds but it looks like Samsung is still not there yet and selling defected products to customers. If you need to get it repaired then you need to send it to mail in service for 2 weeks or so. I would have never bought this if I knew this before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
