I bought mine when they first came out. It's wonderful!. I'm a little bit older and opening up to full screen makes it real easy to see and punch letters a little faster. And the full screen picture is fabulous!

Great tool for field employees!

First impression was "what took so long"? This device is perfect for reviewing construction plans, the camera is able to capture great detail for verifying specs and other data. At first found a few apps saying incompatible, but have noticed in recent days some are working. The battery last for days. Fast charging is a plus.
For size and weight not bad to carry in pocket. The fingerprint scanner being on the same button as the activation button is frustrating, shuts screen off. Then need to enter pin again. Also, Samsung should offer cases, and accessories when delivering new models. The power plug should of been placed in top, so device could sit in cup holder. Overall, Thumbs up!

Great Multitasker But...

I am a long time Samsung buyer. I have had every Samsung flagship phone for many many years. The fold 4 is an amazing phone in many ways however there are some shortcomings that don't seem to me to be worth the price point. I understand that with two screens you are going to have a much more expensive phone especially when one of those screens is new technology that allows it to fold. But to take away some of the functionality that the Note 20 ultra had makes me miss my note 20. The Note 20 ultra has much better camera. The camera on the fold 4 is okay but it's main camera is not as good as the ultra Note 20. Luckily I did not purchase the fold 4 for its picture taking ability. The selfie cameras on the fold 4 are terrible, but it's nice to have the feature of using the main camera to take selfies by using the front screen as a viewfinder. It's still awkward though trying to do that. The phone is fast the processor is definitely better and I don't have any problems using or opening applications. The front cover screen is pretty much useless. It's very small and hard to read, and because you can't use the s pen on the front cover screen it's very difficult to type using the front cover screen. I have nails so I have to type with the side of my thumbs which makes it difficult on the front cover screen because it is so narrow. So I rarely use the front screen for anything other than answering calls, or making calls. For my use you might as well get rid of it. Because I can't use it. YouTube has a plethora of different tips and tricks on how to optimize the settings on your phone so that it makes everyday tasks simpler. The main reason why I got the phone and the one thing that it does really well is multitasking. It's very nice to have three windows open to do different things at the same time. That is where the fold 4 shines! However is multitasking worth the 1700 price point? I have had the phone for 3 weeks now and have never once dropped the phone so I cannot review its durability. I don't drop phones. Playing games and watching movies on this phone is also very nice because of the bigger screen. However I do struggle to find a case that will protect the phone completely and also give me a good stand in order to play games and watch movies. At the moment I have a separate stand which does the job but it's just one more thing I have to carry. Also finding cases for this phone that allows for wireless charging is pretty impossible when you want the phone open because a good case will also protect the hinge but you can't have the case on if you are wireless charging while the phone is open like in a car holder. So I have to take the back case off in order for my car phone holder to hold my phone which also charges my phone. On the topic of charging the battery life is subpar at best. I am a power user and I spend a lot of time using my phone for work, school, and play. So my phone has to either be plugged up or on a wireless charger throughout the day in order for me to be able to do what I need to do or want to do for that matter. Some people have complained about the brightness of the phone but I actually like the brightness of the phone. The brightness of the phone allows for really good movies and really good gameplay. But it does cost battery! Some people have also complained about having an external SD card. I always came from a phone that had the option to expand the storage. I have the 512 GB version of the fold 4 and because I have a lot of storage I don't see it necessary to expand it. If I'm taking a lot of pictures then I just sync it to my Google photos and remove it from my device to save space. I do wish that the s pen was integrated into the chassis like the note, that would make it better and easier store. For the price of the phone it should be a replacement for a computer since it's cost replicates the cost of a computer. The question is does it replace a computer? The answer to that is no it does not. The novelty of having a folding screen is ultimately why people buy the fold 4 in my opinion. And it is very cool! The crease down the center is noticeable when running your s pen or finger over it however when the screen is lit and you're doing things you hardly notice it visually. This includes when watching movies and playing games I do not see the crease. Because the front cover is useless I mostly use the phones big screen on the inside which means I'm constantly opening and constantly closing the phone. I foresee this as being a problem in the future with lost pixels. I have not noticed this issue because I have only had the phone for 3 weeks but with the constant opening and closing of the phone I do see this as being a potential problem. Overall I rate this phone three stars for the lack of s pen inclusion, S-Pen storage, subpar camera, And usability of the front cover screen.

Great build-horible software bugs

This is my 3rd fold product. This feels nice and looks nice. The new ui is buggy. Apps crash and make phone unusable. I have factory reset the device twice. I want to go back to android 12. This is awful.

Pretty good phone.

I am enjoying my Z Fold 4 but there are some quirks to it. The touch sensitivity on outer screen leaves a lot to be desired. Also, when unfolding to go fullscreen many apps require that the app close and restart..very annoying.
