Not really to in to this phone. I did the trade in but the crease in my phone where it fold drives me absolutely crazy. Wish I could trade it in for recent s phone

Great phone but misses the mark slightly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the phone for a bit now and really enjoy the device it fits exactly what I wanted, a big screen. The minor issue I have with it is the front screen is so narrow it is mostly unusable I would say 98% of the time I am using the device it's on the interior screen. But it does a wonderful job with that piece.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th samsung phone in the past 6 years and it lives up to the standard of excellence I have come to expect from Samsung. The fold feature is very cool and durable! I was hesitant about how the screen quality would look when the phone was opened, the screen resolution is fantastic and the "crease" is barely noticeable! The multiple-screen function is amazing and I'm still learning all the cool things I can do with this phone! Yes the phone is expensive, but what do you expect from a handheld computer/tablet?!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung took risks and broke the mold in regards to the form factor. Instead of carrying around a separate phone and tablet, integrating those two products into one was brilliant. However its not a seamless transition. The battery life still isn't great, some glitches with the hardware and software still exists and it is fairly chunky. An S pen wasn't built in, one has to purchase it separately.

Mad, I had ordered it and it was flickering so i had to return it and now I’m waiting for my refund so I can reorder the phone, other than that I live the phone can’t wait to get it back

Fun Phone, But Quite Scary

I've heard these things are quite fragile, and since you can hear grinding noises when opening it, I'm inclined to believe that. I've heard these don't come with every phone though, so... Good luck :)

Great potential, lacks support for unlocked

I bought this unlocked to use on Verizon. I really want to love this phone but the lag time in software updates for the unlocked version is a deal breaker. Great features and once you go fold, you won't go back. Unfortunately once you go unlocked, you should probably think about the lack of brick and mortar support. Choose a carrier that can offer software updates or at least Samsung could offer transparency as to why their flagship is last in line.
