I used the 'Trade-in' option, and I was very happy with the process. The Z Fold 4 is everything it is said to be. I like the folded size (smaller) then my Note 20, and 1 handed operation is easier. I smile when I open the Fold. The open size is a treat!

Had the phone for about 2 months, already has a black screen along the hinge when unfolded. Have had a case on it since day 1 and never dropped it. The S-pens also lack a lot of the support they had on the note 10 its just an expensive stylus.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It freezes a lot. I regret spending so much money on something that doesn't work as expected. Not user friendly.
