Great phone, however

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone is truly amazing. The resolution on the camera is great at any light. I love the screen when the phone is open and how comfortable it is when the phone is folded. What is missing for a 5 star rating is the pen. It should be part of the phone like my Note

Incredibly disappointing service from Samsung

Folding screen stopped working and went black after a month or two. Authorized repair locations do not have parts. Samsung wants me to mail it off for 7-10 business days and not send a temporary. I would lose my job if I did this. As a long time customer I'm completely shocked. May have to look elsewhere next time around...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Then phone is so productive that I made it look like a notebook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great everywhere! Smooth, with fantastic battery life. Easily portable, and the fold is still satisfying to this day. My only issue is that it doesn't have the premium camera of the ultra series.

The most fun phone!

I’m one to use both android and iOS tech and I had shifted to the latter for the last couple of years. My last android phone was the first Fold phone and I loved it even then. When I saw the release of this new Fold I decided it was time to make android my primary mobile device. I have no regrets either! It’s such a fun phone to use. Watching media on it is fantastic as I can use the large interior screen or the super wide 21:9ish front screen for saving battery and movies. This has been the easiness conversion between OS’s so far. Go for it if you’re on the fence.

Expensive n Missing key elements

This phone costs to much to be sold without a charging base and the related s-pen. It should also have extra screen protector.
All the accessories for this phone are unnecessarily expensive. Some things do not appear strong.

Excellent Hardware, Bluetooth connection issues

I absolutely love this phone, and can never see myself going back to a standard screen size device. The ability to run 2-3 apps on the same screen of a mobile device is a game changer.
Unfortunately I can only give 3 out of 5 stars because of the Bluetooth issues regarding the most recent Samsung OneUI 5.0 / Android 13 update. Before the update Bluetooth wearables and earbuds connected without issue, But since the update my ZFold 4 and my daughters Flip 4 no longer connect to our FitBit smartwatches. Hopefully this gets resolved via a software update, as it only seems to be a problem with the folding Samsung devices.
