Solid for the price

Has been rock solid for my needs. Allows for multitasking and a workload. Would give a five but the device has started to lag a bit with high use. Overall a good choice.

Great but expensive

I bought this about two months ago. I am blind in my one eye so this helps to see everything much better.
My only problem is that it was so expensive. I'm constantly worried about it breaking. My wife would let me get the insurance on it. And I'm sorry I didn't.

It's a great phone but the battery sucks and the middle crease of the fold is cracking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Incredibly disappointing service from Samsung

Folding screen stopped working and went black after a month or two. Authorized repair locations do not have parts. Samsung wants me to mail it off for 7-10 business days and not send a temporary. I would lose my job if I did this. As a long time customer I'm completely shocked. May have to look elsewhere next time around...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Z Fold has been the phone that converted me from being a 10 yr iPhone user.
This phone is king. Powerful. Functional. Purposeful.
It allows me to multi task mp3s, notes, and my camera to write and create music anywhere.
I also use it for business to sign documents and scan forms.
The tablet display is AMAZING for anything you can imagine.
The Z fold 2 was groundbreaking. The 3 was cool. But this 4 is outstanding! The 30x zoom is phenomenal. Brazo!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice phone, but the software is flat footed.

I switch from an iPhone and I am regretting it. The keyboard is terrible - spelling errors, grammar errors, accidental minimize happening every time I text. Makes the process complex and annoying - I dont feel like replying to anyone. For most apps, the front screen too small, fold screen too big - meaning that functionality isn't all there. Great for watching movies, but beyond that, this thing isn't ready for showtime.
