I would avoid the fold products until they are perfected. Just look into the amount of people getting large or hairline cracks where the phone folds on the inside screen.
Mine is doing the same thing. Of course, I have samsung care+ but good luck trying to get a warranty claim going through that. It won't let me click on my product to submit the claim on their website and when I call it indicates that the server is down and they can't connect me. I've been with Samsung since the S3 but I'm finally starting to second guess them. For such a large internationally company their apps, the way everything is connected and communicates as far as the membership programs, etc are really really bad and not user friendly.

I bought the z fold 4 about 2 weeks ago. Before then I has z fold 3. But as I learn.more about the 4 more comfortable with it.

Inner screen seperated. Horrible phone. Apps don't work correctly and hinge is failing. Avoid these fold phones. I have a friend who has the flip and same thing. Screen seperated they claim 200,000 openings. More like 2000.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best device ever

I absolutely love this thing! It is by far the best device on the market. The screen resolution is phenomenal along with the ATMOS digital sound system. It brings a whole new experience to smart devices. A lot of reviews of previous models complain about the screen lifting or cracking, but that is only a factory applied screen protector. The screen itself is still good. I have had mine a little over a month and no problems yet. My wife has the Flip 3 and right after a year of having it the protector started lifting in the fold part. Since the manufacturer warranty was up, I just slowly lifted the protector and the screen is perfectly fine under it. Anyway I absolutely love all the features this thing has. If you have the chance, try 1 out. Hopefully your salesperson know some cool features to show you. If not, find someone that does. You won't be disappointed.

Great product. Completely replaced my bulky 12.9 ipad. The convenience of having a phone that converts into a usable table is unmatched. Hoping the next version makes the cover screen more usable especially the keyboard.

Great start

I bought this phone for about a month ago and it has been an awesome experience. I will admit I am not a Samsung fan but I am rapidly becoming one. I will never go back to the dark side ( apple), and I came from a Google pixel 6 pro. Granted that phone was buggy when it first came out and when I got this I really wanted to get the 7 pro. But I guess from what I understand the seven pro isn't that much different than the 6 pro was so I think I'm going to stay with my Samsung Galaxy fold 512. I am getting used to this phone and I got to watch and the earbuds so I think I'm going to keep this for a while see how I like it. Thank you Samsung you guys are a Blessing.

I love this phone. Been wanting one since the very first one came out. Started with the flip 2 and 3 and now got the fold 4. It's an amazing phone and the productivity you get from it is amazing. 10/10
