Outstanding phone that was everything you could want apart from one important detail - it broke after only two months of use. The hinge broken so it could not be opened fully and when I tried the screen got damaged as well. Very sad as the phone was brilliant to use but turned out to be a bit fragile. First phone I have ever broken in 25 years, and it had to be the one bought as a self-retirement gift.

Flip 4 was my dream phone. I love the design, everything but suddenly when I updated the software the pictures and videos were blurry. How can I fix this?
