Poor quality. Pathetic customer care/service centr

My flip 4 started getting switched off automatically on folding. It's in warranty period but still the service centre as well as the customer care refused to honour the warranty. My 1 lakh has gone waste.Samsung cheats.Will never ever buy Samsung product.

Short lifespan

Absolutely useless. Great phone while working but for such an expensive phone it has an extremely short lifespan. The screen although great at the start has major problems and I wouldn't advise anyone buying one as their after sales support is terrible and can't get it fixed without the need to send the phone away and be without a phone for 2 weeks. After a number of years buying Samsung phones the Terrible support means this is definitely the last Samsung phone I am buying.

I am disappointed with my Flip phone. It is too heavy and too thick. I was expecting something lighter and thinner - this phone will not sit easily in your shirt pocket or trouser pocket. The technology may well be a step forward but the phone itself is a step backwards. I wish I could go back to my Galaxy Note 8.

Bought this phone 4 weeks ago and absolutely loving the experience. Camera quality is actually really nice. I can honestly say I love using this phone along more than my old s21

Cool phone but still some fundamental flaws with the flip, unfortunately. Dust and sediments gets into the fold. I had the screen replaced already because it was jammed. Great battery life
