Broken hinge, cracked casing

It didn't take long for one hinge to freeze up, the case began to crack and the ports on the side became inoperable. Also, poor performance considering the parts alone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had read good things about this laptop when I needed to replace my old machine of 5 years. However I found it was much slower than and prone to programs freezing. This is just while using chrome and Microsoft office.
