[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time Lenovo buyer. I needed a new laptop for mostly personal use. I had an old Dell laptop that was extremely s l o w. So after some research, I found this Lenovo laptop and could not be more pleased. Has very fast loading of apps at start up, easy to use keyboard and mouse, plus camera and fingerprint ID. The SSD load apps very fast, but remember that this is not a large storage device. I have cloud back up so not an issue for me.

1. Speakers - have absolutely no bass to them
2. Screen - is glossy when it should be matte anti-smudge / anti-fingerprint / oil-phobic surface
