Fantastic computer, disappointing shipping process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Lenovo IdeaPad. The keyboard is a different type than my old computer, but now that I've been using it for a month, I really like the way it types (and the option to have it backlit is a bonus). I also am absolutely in love with the matte screen, because it massively reduces the amount of glare you deal with--with my old computer, it was a constant problem, but with this one, I never even think about it. It's also SO much lighter and sleeker than my old computer without forcing me to sacrifice screen size, which is nice. The shortcut keys have been really handy, as has the fingerprint scanner for sign in--these are small touches which really do make the difference.
My only disappointment was the ordering process. Long story short, my computer wasn't even *shipped* until the day I was originally told I would receive it when I ordered. I don't mind if it takes longer to ship and understand there are a lot of factors at play, but I'd rather be told that upfront rather than be given one date and have to wait for another one (especially given the fact that this is a package I needed to be home to sign for). All in all though, I'm really glad that I went with this computer, and it seems like it will be a sturdy computer for years to come.
