[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this laptop to use in college, keep in mind i’m a marine bio major so i’m not doing any tech heavy activites or running crazy programs on it.
doing a regular workload of homework + taking a few online classes, this computer hasn’t given me any trouble i can think of. i love the fact there’s a camera cover built in, it makes me feel much more secure. obviously the touchscreen isn’t the greatest in the world, but it’s still usable when i want to highlight something on an online worksheet or when i just get tired of clicking stuff & i can just tap the screen
as just an average college student with no real knowledge of the intricate tech stuff, this laptop is perfect and has given me no issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Lenovo laptop, and the choice of brands was easy because my first was such a great machine. (I have owned many brands in the past, and Lenovo is tops for quality of the build.)
I would give this laptop five stars if the speakers were better quality. My complaint is that the top volume is very disappointing, and I can hardly hear the sound. My last Lenovo had great speakers with nice volume control.
Overall, I am very pleased with the responsiveness and speed of this computer. My first non-Intel chip, and I'm happy with the AMD Rysen 5. The SSD drive is great, and for all the features, the price was a real bargain.
If Lenovo would just correct the speaker issue, this would be a perfect laptop for my needs.

Broke 20 days after Warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this back in November 2021 and 11/26/2022 it doesn't turn on. I was working, then closed the the computer and when I tried to open it up, it wouldn't turn on. In fact, it's been giving me problems since I originally purchased it. When I tried to turn it on it would constantly delay. Also, sometimes the touch screen works, sometimes it doesn't Seems very poor quality. I'd rather spend more on a Dell or HP. At least it'll last longer than a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
