Great Cooking Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used my cooktop for a couple days now but I am very pleased with the heat distribution and height of the grates. I truly love that pots and pans lay flat on the grates which means I'm getting even cooking throughout. My only disappointment is that the grates seem to be picking up fibers from the dishcloth I use to wipe them down which makes it look like they're covered in dust. I've never experienced that before. Will need to explore what else I should use to wipe down the grates.
