Great stovetop

Fast Boil...is FAST BOIL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Literally cut cooking time by 50% with the fast boil 17K BTU burner. Easy to adjust the burners, especially the simmer burner. Love the flat surface for easy cleaning as well.

Just one concern

Just started using in two weeks now.
Just wondering one of the burners cannot be set Lo to 2. If I do so, the fire goes out. It is like that since I first started using it.
Is this broken?
Other four working fine, just one of them.

It sounds like you're dealing with an issue on just one burner where the flame goes out when set to a low setting, and the other burners are working fine. It could be something as simple as a clogged burner port or an issue with the gas flow to that specific burner. You could try cleaning the burner or checking the alignment of the burner parts to see if that helps.
