Great Cooking, but…

Is there another option for a grate on this cooktop that is less bulky and less heavy.? I’d really be interested in it,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all the cooktops available, this one really caught my eye. However, the experience of cooking on it made my wife and I very happy we selected this one. I like to cook eggs slowly, and the smaller burner has so much control and can be turned down to produce eggs that are like poached in a simple frying pan. The larger burners really put out the heat for fast boiling of a pot of water. The grates are wonderful with no empty spots for small pans to fall through.

Knobs move easily

So I bought this product a little over a year ago. First day gas knob turns on very easy, so noticed that right away. So I bought multiple baby locks so this wouldn't happen again. Even with the baby locks the knobs still gets nocked and then leak gas. Has happen multiple times. It's a very bad design on their part.

Nice cooktop with huge cast iron grates

The size of the grates was shocking when I saw the item in person (compared to picture on website). The unit is solid and works well but the grates are way too large (mostly the height). A more sleek design with grates closer to the burners would have been better.

36" Gas Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this cooktop as part of an update to our kitchen appliances. I need a shallow depth cooktop to fit over a 36" drawer, this one fit. The design maximizes cooking space plus the top of knobs are below the cooking grates. You will not hit the knobs if you are moving pans around. Very good burner flame control .

Excellent quality, high-end looks, and most of all Culinary quality performance with perfectly tuned flame adjustment and BTU horsepower for perfectly cooked meals. Looked at and researched many other cooktops, this one had all the features, great looks and superior performance I was looking for. Extremely satisfied, great cooktop!!
