It's a beast
on June 6, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burners work great. The problem that has my wife and me complaining is that the grill tops are twice as thick as we have normally found for a gas cooktop, and consequently twice as heavy. With the way the 3 grills interlock, it makes for a workout to clean the steel cooking surface.

Sorry had to return it. It was a goft for my mother-in-law.
The stove top looked amazing, but the grate’s were too heavy for her to handle.
But she loved it. But had to send it back :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love both the look and functionality. The backlight on the control dials is a nice feature.

Leaking valve in new cooktop
on May 17, 2023
Posted by: Brad4
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was a manufacturer defect, a valve was loose under the large muddle burner and the cook top literally exploded raising the entire cooktop a few inches up in the air and flames shooting out from underneath. Poor quality control to not have caught this when it was manufactured. Just thankful we weren’t injured!

Pros:
-knobs have a light when turned on. This is super useful for a house with kids and a Saint Bernard.
-easy to use and operate.
-so many burners, can make big dinners, great for entertaining and holidays.
-easy to install, according to our contractor
-big enough to cook all the things at the same time, but compact enough for a small kitchen-fast cook burner
Cons: while the stove top itself is easy to clean, the grills are really heavy, making it harder to move them aside and put them back when cleaning. I didn’t take a star off for this because it’s also something I love about it, it’s super sturdy and well made.
