We love the machine. The second one we've bought. Support is great. It has dowloadable cycles but they don't always show up in the App. The ap is good but not very intuitive. I learned recently that the cycles with asterisks by them I have to hold for 3 to 5 seconds to activate them eg the Tub Clean cycle. It has some diagnostic error that doesn't prevent it from working but there is no way to reset it?

I thought i was replacing the stackable washer & dryer i had but this all in one unit is even better. All controls for easher & dryer are in the center. Easily reachable. Ive been an LG fan for many, many years with dishwashers & washer/dryers. The quality is always there

No “Air Dry” setting?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in the process of modernizing my laundry room with new cabinets, counters and sink. I replaced my washer and dryer with the LG WKGX201HWA wash tower. The washtower works well. The parts that come with the unit are 3 water hoses, a hose splitter, drainage hose, zip-tied to the water hoses, a dryer vent and two electrical cord. Attached is a picture. Still need to install the cabinets, but not sure if it will look better. I am focusing on the product, but the installation of a unit that is intended to replace 2 units needs to be considered before purchasing.

LG ThinQ Washer Dryer combo. Looks nice, broken

I bought this 8 months ago and it has been broken for the last 2 months. The main board is bad and not suppling voltage to gas valves. So no heat. LG is trying to fix it. I have had to call them many times. They are trying though. Getting GAS error.
