Shaking alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, I purchased this product about a year ago and so far its been ok. My main concerns are the dryer doesn't seem to dry completely after any buildup occurs that would block air flow and lessen the ventilation cubic feet specs. I'm working on a solution for this by changing the fixtures that is mounted to a roof that the hot air escapes from.
My primary concern is that I have this unit mounted on a FOX steel dolly to keep it on wheels so I can move it around if i need to easily with just myself. Unfortunately it's challenging to get the unit to not shake and tremble when it starts its spin cycle. Have you ever considered elevating the unit with some cargo straps that would support it from the bottom, but be mounted above the unit, basically suspending it in mid air? I believe by doing this it will eliminate the rocking and shaking. It's that or building a mini platform like they built skyscrapers on to resist earthquakes.

Located in our garage, it has a much smaller footprint that side by sides, takes less time for each function and easy to load/unload. The delivery people were awesome, did not rush and explained the basics after installation. If you would benefit with a tower arrangement I really recommend this LG unit!
