[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I switched from the stand-alone washer and dryer to the tower, I thought I'd have to compromise on the size of the load I can wash at a time, but I really don't. The unit is much roomier inside than I expected and can hold a good size load.
I've been holding off on remodeling my laundry room until I could find a tower that would meet my needs and have the controls in a place where I can easily reach them without needed a stepping stool (and I'm 5'9") and this is it. It does a great job on the small loads without wasting time or energy by adjusting the runtime based on the size of the load and other settings, it does not wobble when it's running even with a bigger load in the dryer and the close come out wrinkle-free (as long as I fold them right away I'm don't have to stem). I also love the WiFi feature and love that I can get notifications when my load is done since I cannot hear the chime from upstairs or the garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big sexy that’s what we call her the big sexy well I like everything about it except I think the light on the inside of the washer and the dryer should stay on longer I go in there to get my clothes out and it seems like it goes off real quickly and I’m not sure yet how to keep the light on while you’re using the washer in the dryer when you’re unloading your clothes out of the dryer my space is in a closet it’s tall so it blocks my light so it’s really helpful that the washer and dryer the drums both light up very nice feature I haven’t use the download feature yet so I can’t tell you about those yet I wish the alarm that told you when your load is done was a little bit louder on the machine because I’ve been in the kitchen and I haven’t been able to hear that it has finished but the light does stay on when the load is done but soon as you open the door and you know pull a couple of things out it goes off so I would like for the light to stay on and tell you you know shut the door or we could push the button it may do this I just don’t know everything about the machine yet but I love my purchase I hope that it works properly for many many years because it was quite costly so I hope that LG makes a good quality product and that it will last as long as my other machine which was still working but I gave to my brother

I've always seen LG as a top manufacturer, but this is the first LG product I've owned. And it lives up to its reputation. I'm happy with the simplicity of such a sophisticated product. There are an abundance of options I can see myself using in the future, but right now, I need the ease of use my LG provides.
