The extra expense for the added features, especially the AI and phone interface, we find ourselves looking for laundry to do. I would highly recommend this machine if you are in the market for a smaller footprint and looking for a laundry center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo cleans and dries like a dream (and quietly). I do like the basic functions but have been unable to hook it up to wifi, so can't connect to the app. This was really my only option based on space, so it's fine. I wish I could get better support to troubleshoot wifi issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature that really sealed the deal for us on the WashTower is the central control panel in the middle of the machine, which makes it so much more accessible than other models where the controls are separated and the dry controls are at the top. We also love the flat doors, which help keep our narrow walkway clear. Most front-loaders seem to have bulky bubble windows--these are much sleeker. We were concerned at first that the options in the control panel would be too overwhelming, but the menu is really easy to use. We've also been impressed with the sensors in the machines can determine how much time needs to be added to the dryer cycles.

I have had this hooked up and going for 2 months now. It is so easy to use and will fit in a smaller space. But it is the same size as the other washer I have. Love the turbo wash, 4.5 capacity, and liked I could get it in gas. Most of all controls are at waist high and very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent stacked washer and dryer. Bought the gas dryer, first gas dryer purchase, and cut drying time in half at least. Installed unit myself, which was pretty easy except for the weight. The unit is a "stacked" unit, not separate pieces which I understood when I purchased it. There is a considerable amount of weight to move around, but we managed.
The turbo wash feature, which wasn't available on our 10 year old unit is great. Clothing is washed really well, and with the drum light you can see it all happening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this Washtower and it washes and drys well. The washer makes some curious grinding noises. I plan to have it serviced to be sure this is normal. The wifi feature is a bit confusing at first. You have to set the cycles on your phone for water temperature, spin, etc.
