Had problems less than 3 months after it arrived

I’ve owned 6 LG machines at multiple properties over the last 5 years. We just installed the new slim line full size stackables and the heater went out in the dryer and spin cycle stopped on washing machine within a few months of owning it. I have multiple other LG products and they have literally been problem free. I also have on order ordered 2 more of the same machine for another project. I sincerely hope this is not a lemon or that if it was stuck on a boat in port that the salt air affected the electronics, or that a lack of quality chips were the cause. Either way I’m concerned and not happy to have had this issue. The service company wouldn’t ship the replacement part to another address or to the store I purchased it from since the property is currently unoccupied. Ether way not happy and the lemon law requires 5 problems before replacing it.
