We needed to replace our stackable units in our bathroom closet.We were able to see the tower at our local appliance store. They had it available and came out to measure the space. It is beautiful and adds to the bathroom instead of being an eyesore. The features are incredible.

I live in a small condo that had a stackable washer and dryer but it was the older white one piece unit. It worked just fine but you could only wash two or three towels at a time and there was no way that the washer could hold blankets let alone a comforter. My neighbor had a different brand stackable set so I thought I would try the new LG Slim Q brand. What a difference. The product is quieter than my old machine; it uses less water and detergent as opposed to my old unit. On top of that, the inside of the washer is humongous; I'm still wondering how that created full sized capacity for small spaces. All of my neighbors have stopped by to see my new equipment so maybe they will purchase the Slim Q too.

Took a bit of getting used to electronic controls - previous machines were 18 years old! Just the right size to fit into our narrow space. Cannot use high spin on delicate cycle which leaves my delicate cycle towels (yes they require it!) a bit too wet.

My husband and I bought this unit about 5 months ago and have been really happy with the cleaning results. We are having some issues with the dryer - we keep getting the d80 error code which signifies that the vent/ducting is clogged at 80%. We have had an air vent cleaning company come by 3 times to clean out our vents; this could just be an issue with our building vents, but it is a little frustrating at times since the dryer stops when it gets the error code. Thankfully even when it stops early with the error code our clothes are usually already dry. Again, this may not be an issue with the appliance itself and may be a building venting issue, but we weren't having this problem with our previous dryer. Otherwise we are very happy. The appliance is sleek, not loud, and fit nicely into our small space.

We have had the wash tower for about a month. it seemed to boast a lot of features but doesn't come through. our prior .May tag had more options including seemingly more sensors. I find the "Normal" cycle for the dryer blows cold air and have resorted to using timed dry. Can't gauge how the washer is doing though reeked of a metallic smell for quite a while. I'd say love the dimensions just not the most user friendly or efficient appliance.
