My new 'tower' gives me more laundry folding space plus a new crafting area when not folding. It is quiet, easy to use and it looks great too! Everyone I've spoken to that know's someone who bought one, says they love it!!! LG makes good products!

I am very excited about this new tower washer. It had been more than 15 years since I had a new new washer and dryer. The cycles are easy to choose, quick and spin the clothes almost dry. Having the controls in middle of the front panel is a game changer. Also having a LP conversion made it possible for me to own. Love it!

The tower was placed in my bedroom closet and it fit perfectly upon converting half of the closet for the tower. I love all of the features especially the steam cleaning and sanitizing functions. But, more importantly, it is SO versatile: greater choices for all operations: water temps, load size, blah blah AND dryer options. It is quiet and definitely a higher quality than any other brand I've owned. I am so happy to have resisted other 'stackable' - I'd give is 10 stars, if I could!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice machine overall but it doesn't seem to clean as well as my previous front loader and the softener doesn't dispense ever unless I add water to it then it's still hit or miss if it dispenses, also can't connect it to my wifi which was part of the reason I purchased, only works on older 2.4ghz wifi not the newer 5, had I known that I may have went with a different brand seeing the smart features are useless to me

When I went to replace the washer and dryer the newer ones were larger and didn't fit my area for the units. The salesperson suggested the LG Thin unit and I am so glad he did. This unit is not only attractive but it's a perfect fit for slimmer areas. The new technology places the control panel in the middle between the washer and dryer. That's also perfect because the other stackable units have the controls too high up for me. This beautiful unit is very quiet. The cleaning results are amazing. Appreciate the fact that you can download the app and can turn the unit on with your phone.
