[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the wash tower in December 2021. Firstly, it is about double the capacity of my old LG units. I can actually wash my bed linens, blanket and duvet cover in one wash cycle! Secondly, the unit stays put. And Third, it is good looking. Hint: the dryer automatically goes on to a energy saving mode. But clothes are not always dry. If you press the word "Dry Time" until it goes up to 60, the eco modes goes off and you will have dry clothes. Excellent product!

So far, we are very happy with how it is working.
It does everything that it should. It's our hope that this product will last us 10 years, so 2 weeks in, it's looking good. After having it installed professionally, we had to make one adjustment. The spin cycle caused the unit to vibrate. There was a point of contact between the top of the unit and a cabinet. I took one of the rubber gaskets from the old supply hose and placed it between the unit and the cabinet--no more noise.
The features that I appreciate are the simplicity in starting a wash. For a regular load, I can add the laundry, add the detergent, set the type of load it is--normal is my norm. If that's all I'm doing, the washer is supposed to detect the size, makeup, and soil level and adjust the parameters of the wash to accommodate it. I don't know, it seems to come out clean.
When the wash is done, the washer and dryer share information. The dryer has settings ready to fit the wash. That works for me.
I haven't had a chance to try all of the features, yet.
I like the steam wash option. We have a sauna. With the sauna, we have towels that collect sweat. They usually sit in a hamper by the sauna for a few weeks. The steam wash seems like a good way to ensure that any bacteria and odors that might accumulate in the towels are eliminated--seemed to work the first time.
I'm looking forward to drying something with the steam option. It's my hope that it will be easy to iron after a steam dry.
