[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this Washtower and it washes and drys well. The washer makes some curious grinding noises. I plan to have it serviced to be sure this is normal. The wifi feature is a bit confusing at first. You have to set the cycles on your phone for water temperature, spin, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice machine overall but it doesn't seem to clean as well as my previous front loader and the softener doesn't dispense ever unless I add water to it then it's still hit or miss if it dispenses, also can't connect it to my wifi which was part of the reason I purchased, only works on older 2.4ghz wifi not the newer 5, had I known that I may have went with a different brand seeing the smart features are useless to me

Only took 6 months to get an undamaged unit no fault of LG. Mike took the time to make sure everything in working order and have now been using the unit for two weeks with no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Wash Tower 2 a few weeks ago and am so in love. It fits so well in to the laundry closet that held my previous stackable unit. It’s not much bigger overall but the tubs are so much bigger. I can easily wash my king bedsheets, king blankets, I can wash multiple small blankets together, it’s wonderful! It’s the little things I didn’t know I was missing before. And I never thought I’d set it up to WiFi and use the app, but I did out of curiosity and I LOVE IT! I get an alert to my watch when the laundry is done, I can check to see how much time is left, and everything. It runs so quietly that I often question if I ever turned it on, so I can check the app and see that I did. My old unit was loud and obnoxious. The Wash Tower is a dream and grants my wishes every day. It’s actually a relief and a huge joy to have a washer & dryer this nice. And the warranty is great! I did a ton of research online before buying, including Consumer Reports. LG always came out on top and now that I finally own an LG appliance, I agree and I’m sold!
