I like that you can send wash and dryer setting from IPhone to Washtower. The only thing I am happy is when you setup remote start that command isn't save once you power off the machine.

It’s clean, modern lines appealed to us since our laundry area is “on display” in our kitchen. It’s beautiful to look at! Looks aside, I love that the controls are sandwiched in the center, making far easier to operate than our former stackable set. Also, the dryer sits at at more reasonable height, making it easier to load or empty (versus reaching up high). The washer is illuminated, which I also find helpful. The cycles are great, as long as you download the ThinQ app. You can find numerous options in the app for washing/drying all types of laundry. I have owned this unit for about a month now & I’m very pleased! Now I just need LG to make a French door refrigerator that looks equally awesome!

Incredibly smart machine that makes laundry easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Washtower six weeks ago and I am loving it. It is easy to use and very intelligent. When I put one of my wrinkled sweaters in the machine's steam cycle to get the wrinkles out, the machine defaulted to 55 minutes. I knew the sweater only needed 5 minutes so I set a timer on my phone to get the sweater. When I came back the machine was already off. The Washtower actually WEIGHED MY SWEATER to determine how much time was needed and shut down the cycle after only the few minutes necessary to get the wrinkles out. The Washtower has many other intuitive features that help to take care of your clothes while getting them clean and dry very quickly. It is also a beautifully designed machine with a small footprint. My wife loves the mobile app that let's her know when wash or dry cycles have been completed. I highly recommend this machine.

This is the exact unit I wanted but really couldn't afford it so I was going to buy a lesser cheaper unit. It's so easy to use so quiet you don't even know it's running. It gets my clothes super clean and smelling fresh. And it was so easy to install in the directions are easy to understand! I love it I love it!

Looks sleek BUT SCRATCHES SO BAD!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this tower for maybe 7-8 months and it is covered in scratches. From what??? The only thing we can think of is maybe zippers and buttons from our kids clothes??? Why would this scratch so easy??? We are very very disappointed because we designed our laundry room around this machine. We would like it replaced. We live in a brand new home and this looks like a used machine. Sooooo horrible!! As far as functionality we are pleased outside of a few small features we can’t seem to figure out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
