I was wary, because I've heard the older unit were bullet proof and the new units are kind of disposable. I had this installed about 2 months ago and it's been great! So amazingly quiet! It cleans way better and uses considerably less detergent and energy than my old one! Not to mention the incredibly annoying buzz has been replaced by a calming song..

This unit was installed just before Christmas. It has met all of our performance expectations. It is actually an attractive unit in shiny black. Both the washer and dryer run quietly. Control panel is clear and easy to use. Install readiness was a challenge and documentation about its actual size with venting was unclear. Once in, we needed to make additional adjustments.
