I love that there is only one panel and it's in the middle. I am tall and still had a hard time reaching the dials on the dryer of old machine - which were stacked as well. It has every option available, is easy to use, does a fabulous job and fits perfectly.
Overall, this is fantastic replacement! I love it and would highly recommend it!

I could not say more about this because only one month pass but its very uniq ans Wi-Fi work also big loading than my old one. I also had LG before. You can save lots of space too but only one thing is too heavy if you have to move other place

We’re on our second unit in one month. Dryer didn’t work and couldn’t find anyone to service unit w/o removing it. They are very loud! Love the idea but don’t think I’d buy this brand again.

The tower washer and dryer is just the easiest to use. The machine makes washing look easy.
However, there claim that it is easy to go remote and online is simply not true. LG needs to improve their software so the router can connect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this LG washer/dryer after living 4 years with a very noisy washing machine. This machine is very quiet, including a pleasant, short tune that plays to indicate the washing or drying cycle has ended.
The capacity is remarkable. Minimal soap is needed to clean a load. The dryer is efficient and effective in drying clothes to the desired degree.
I was confused initially as there is no means to manually end a cycle. I am accustomed to being able to turn off a dryer when a load has been sufficiently dried. I discovered the machine will automatically cycle off in the "Pause" mode after several minutes.
Being of short stature, I especially appreciate having the controls for both washer and dryer situated in the middle, between the two stacked machines. Overall, we are very happy.
